Return Policy

Returns are so annoying and no fun, so as a member of the Bisa Wellness Family we want this process to be as painless as possible for you. We want to work with you to make sure you have the best possible experience with our products. 

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, send us a message with supporting photos to hello@bisawellness.com and we will work quickly to provide with the correct replacement or refund, whichever you prefer. Please do this within 30 days of your order being delivered. 

If you are otherwise unhappy with your purchase for a different reason, send us a message at hello@bisawellness.com within 30 days of your oder being delivered to let us know what happened. Within reason we are happy to provide you with either an equivalent replacement or store credit which can be used at a later date. 

This return policy applies only to items purchased directly from our website bisawellness.com, and it does not apply to products purchased via third party retailers (ex: Amazon, iHerb, Target). To resolve issues with products purchased from a third party seller, please refer to their policies.
