What is your return policy?

How do I redeem my rewards points? Do they ever expire?

We make it easy to view and redeem rewards for your wellness points. Although you have the option to create an account, it is not required to earn and redeem wellness points. And no, your rewards points don't expire!

With every purchase you will receive an email explaining how many wellness points you have earned with that purchase, and how many more points until your next reward.

After clicking on this you will see two options: 'Join Now’ or ‘Sign in’. Select ‘Sign in’. The next screen will ask you to enter your email address. A one-time login code will be sent to your email.

After entering this code you’ll be redirected back to our website were you will see in the bottom right corner all of your wellness points, past orders, and options to redeem your points.

How does the subscription work? Do I have to subscribe?

We offer the subscriptions as a way to help you to save time and money! You can choose to receive your products every 30 or 60 days. However, you do not have to subscribe to receive our products. Subscriptions can be cancelled and resumed at any time as often as you like. Each order confirmation email has the links which allow you to manage your subscription preferences.
